    Salary: 80, ,000 Baht/month

    Job Description:

    • Establishing procurement policy
    • Setting procurement strategy
      • Eliminating monopoly procurement
    • Setting and improving procurement system
    • Managing cost down activities
      • Thai/Vietnam localization
      • Expanding FTA for MS parts
    • Supervising all equipment supply contract
    • Checking and approving Purchasing application (100,000THB)
    • Supplier improvement
    • Supervising first shipment inspection
    • Planning and managing procurement for Vietnam project
    • Coordinating with site team in Vietnam
    • Supervising logistic for Vietnam project.
    • Comparing cost of equipment Suppliers and sub-contractor
    • Selecting Sub-contractor
    • Cost negotiation
    • Inputting and reviewing equipment and subcontractor cost in PL
    • Reviewing LC
    • Reviewing Contract of sub-contractor and suppliers
    • Updating Vendor list
    • Checking and approving purchasing application (100,000THB)
    • Controlling import duty refund of PV module
    • Supervising insurance claim
    • Controlling Logistic for domestic and oversea, except Vietnam
    • Controlling custom clearance and tax privilege in Thai and oversea, except Vietnam
    • Managing warehouse and inventory.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or Master in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
    • Must have experience in procurement from EPC or construction in a supervisory level
    • Good command of both written and spoken English.
    • Japanese language is a plus
    • Good Business Negotiation Skills
    • High Attention to details and accuracy
    • Good Communication Skill
    • Teamwork Oriented
