Area Manager - Southern >> Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga to Narathiwat.
Responsibilities for Area Manager

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Analyze opportunities and threats for improvement sales implement them
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum 7 years experience in pharmaceutical business
Minimum 3 years experience in managing sales team
Knowledge of selling concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good selling analysis and good business planning skills
Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English
Ability to travel with own transportation
