Senior Application Support Engineer - Bang Rak, Bangkok

คำอธิบายงาน
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and ensure stability.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Recommend improvements (e.g. monitoring tools, alerts, health checks).
- Advise IT Support on system usage and incident resolution.
- Investigate escalated technical issues and coordinate fixes with Dev Team.
- Develop internal tools for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Compile and escalate reports on recurring issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or other related fields
- 4+ years of experience in application/product support or software development
- Open to former Software Developers/Engineers transitioning into advanced technical investigation & system reliability roles
- Experience in reading and debugging code in Golang, Kotlin, or .Net is preferred
- Experience in SQL/NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) is preferred
- Experience in Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana is preferred
- Good problem-solving and technical investigation skills
- Basic understanding of networking, Unix/Linux, and cloud platforms (GCP, Huawei Cloud, AWS) is preferred
