MOST 2414 is a digital marketing agency in Bangkok working at the intersection of digital strategy, integrated marketing, brand storytelling, and e-commerce.

Job Description:


About The Role
You will play an important role to connect brands to the right influencers (KOL and KOC) and content creators.

You will also be part of a new agency project aiming to develop a more efficient service in influencer marketing.


You'll learn how to define and operate successful campaigns for brands endorsed by influencers, key opinion customers, content creators and celebrities.


Along with our strategy, content and e-commerce teams, you will support to service end to end influencer marketing campaigns, from sourcing new talent, brand onboarding, delivering, and track performance and results.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Support our team driving the development and rollout of brands' influencer marketing campaigns
  • Work with a broad roaster of industry contacts: celebrities, agents, influencers (from macro to micro), content creators, and internal stakeholders to always ensure our content approach is in line with our target audience.
  • Management of your own designated talent pool to ensure best in class relationships and continued maintenance of key business contacts in the talent space.
  • Support our team to manage influencer campaigns: talent briefing, talent negotiation, contracting, reporting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule
  • Understand the needs of a project to identify and present fresh, relevant talent aligned with the brand to key stakeholders on a projectbyproject basis
  • Develop and present talent decks on a projectbyproject basis
  • Regularly update and maintain internal talent documents/decks
  • Update our agency influencer roaster database
  • Support on digital marketing campaigns, content posting, livestreaming involving influencers and content creators

Qualifications:


Who We'd Like to Meet

  • Thai nationality
  • Fresh graduates or students (3rd 4th year) in marketing, communication, business development fields
  • Good English and Thai speaking and writings
  • Good organization skills, and ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
  • Detail oriented
  • Interest in the development of the digital media, social media and ecommerce
  • Solid understanding of social media landscapes. Particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube social platforms
  • Immersed in youth culture and digital trends
  • Connections with influencers and content creators is a plus
