PRTR is working with a well-known humanitarian organization.

They are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team.

Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Event Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of fundraising events.
Developing and implementing comprehensive event strategies aligned with the company's fundraising goals and mission.
Identifying and securing suitable event venues that align with the organization's vision and budgetary requirements.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including the fundraising team, marketing, and communications, to coordinate seamless event execution and messaging.
Negotiating contracts with vendors, ensuring costeffectiveness and quality of services for events.
Overseeing event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and onsite coordination.
Monitoring and evaluating the success of events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to enhance the company's fundraising events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
New Graduates are Welcome.
Proven experience of 35 years in event management, preferably in a fundraising or nonprofit environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
