Manage the workload of validation blood separator and other device.

Act as a product expert and provide guidance to customers and stakeholders on tube welder, blood separator and other productsCollaborate with the engineering teams to assist in product development and improvement initiatives.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform quality control procedures to maintain the quality of product.
Develop expertise in our blood bag products, including understanding their specifications, features, and benefits.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the use, storage, and handling.
