Main Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the operations of the Procurement, Warehouse, and Asset Management Departments of SPCG Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objective
Procurement
Lead and control procurement operations in accordance with company procedures.
Oversee supplier selection, price negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders (PO) through the ERP system.
Monitor delivery performance, claims, warranties, and vendor evaluations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Review and approve procurement reports and present key matters to management.
Warehouse
Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
Monitor PR requests, delivery summaries, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure accurate stock records and alignment with procurement requirements.
Asset Management
Oversee asset registration, tracking, transfers, returns, and disposals.
Manage company vehicle leases, insurance, maintenance, and related documentation.
Control asset insurance renewals, annual asset verification, and equipment calibration.
Monitor facility-related contracts and service agreements.
Analyze and improve asset management efficiency.
Qualifications
- Male or female, not over 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in procurement, warehouse, and asset management
- At least 10 years' experience in managerial level with team leadership responsibility
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable to a high-growth environment and organizational changes
- Willing to travel upcountry occasionally
