    • Control of compliance when working according to the standards improve financial processes. To raise standards of work, work processes
    all in the finance department

    • Prepare an expenditure budget and allocate various expenditure items.
    • Efficiently maintain cash flow turnover and financial liquidity
    • Plan, maintain and develop various data entry systems. on the Financial Accounting System, Software NAV, by preparing the financial information system in the system to be correct
    • Prepare a document showing the company's financial status to send to the management and directors receive accurate, complete and timely information
    • Take care of the preparation of financial details shareholder report and executive reports for decisionmaking
    • Planning for personnel management in financial operations initiate process changes to be able to meet the growing business plan
    • Supervise the improvement of the working process. to work more efficiently by being able to work under pressure to manage changes
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and present them to the management accurately and in a timely manner so that they know the financial status of the company.

    Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting and Finance, Economics.

    At least 8 years experience in accounting and financial field.

    Professional in finance and accounting standards.

    Experience in property are advantage.

    Skilled in data analysis, high attention to detail.
