    Position: Business Manager - Oil and Gas
    Type of Hiring: Permanent
    Working hours: 5 Days/Week
    Location: Bangkok

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate in the development and periodic review of comprehensive business and product development strategies and planning.
    • Prepare short, medium, and long-term business plans, encompassing thorough capital investment evaluation and justification.
    • Evaluate potential products and associated business opportunities by conducting market assessments, estimating development and production costs, projecting revenues, and evaluating financing options.
    • Execute business strategies and plans to ensure the successful delivery of products within established targets.
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential markets and verify opportunities through active customer engagement.
    • Analyze and quantify risks and opportunities, preparing detailed revenue forecasts, and documenting strategic recommendations.
    • Contribute to the identification of new clients/customers and foster relationships.
    • Stay abreast of market and industry developments, utilizing personal networks to identify and recommend new business opportunities.
    • Engage in the technical development process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
    • Assist in determining and optimizing production processes, with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
    • Identify and evaluate potential business partners, fostering engagements to enhance collaboration.
    • Prepare detailed development and production cost and schedule estimates, providing well-documented recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
    • Comprehensive understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.
    • Familiarity with Business Administration, preferably holding an MBA.
    • Proven experience in Contracts and adept in their administration.
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related industry, including at least 3 years in management experience.
    • Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, including negotiation skills.
    • Capable of working autonomously outside of predefined processes with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to meticulously record and document deliverables.
    • Team-oriented with the capacity to influence outcomes positively.
    • Inquisitive and possesses a keen interest in continuous research and learning.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
