    Hiring Position: Head of Master Data

    Working Condition: Hybrid

    Office: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre

    Our client is a leader of trades in petroleum products, gas products, and supplies and equipment for oil service stations, consumable products, and transportation in Thailand.

    The company also manages petrol stations. It also engages in food and beverages business; operates convenience stores under its own brand portfolio.


    Furthermore, the company engages in oil transportation, transportation liquid products, management system, health product development, and digital currency exchange and digital assets seller and foreign currency exchange business. It also offers support services, electronic financial services, money transfer services, payment facilitating services, bill payment services, and goods logistics services, including passenger transportation, as well as engages in car service and car repair business.

    Job purposes: To manage, create implement and maintenance of Master Data Management Solution

    Responsibilities :

    • Plays a role to define document, adopt and implement all the KPIs, and master data catalog of all aspects of retail related system to ensure seamless system integration to support a frictionless consumer journey end-to-end from POS system till Back-office system.
    • Review, validate and execute master data requests in the multi-system environment including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data across all retail solutions (Retail Legacy, CRM, ERPs, WMS and Web/Mobile applications, ensure a seamless connection and the data were proper fill-in.
    • Input Item Master Data, including item SKU set up, pricing, basic configuration management, etc.
    • Define data standards and criteria(KPI) to secure a high data quality across related functions and systems for all product & material related master data
    • Maintain and communicates master data governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards
    • Communicate and liaise with business units to thoroughly understand business requirements and the impact of master data changes
    • Analyze, validate, prioritize and execute requests for mass maintenance to ensure the appropriate standards and governance rules of master data are maintained
    • Create data reports and conduct master data audits regularly

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelors degree in business or technology required.
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Data Maintenance in Retail Business
    • 4+ years related experience analyzing, validating, and posting master data
    • Basic statistical and relational analysis skills including sound logical reasoning
    • Ability to analyze and resolve questions and problems with limited supervision
    • Significant Excel familiarity required; knowledge of Excel functions/formulas preferred
    • Exposure to and understanding of data sourcing and integration
    • Company experience in, Master Data, Data Quality preferred but other relevant experience such as in Store Operations / Purchasing /Marketing / Finance will be considered
    • Ideally experience with SAP, MS Dynamic CRM, MDM Tools, but this is not a requirement
