- Strategically manage and cultivate relationships with modern trade customers, ensuring sales performance maximization through effective merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopfront managers and related personnel.
- Conduct regular store visits for operational efficiency and competitive analysis, identifying growth opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with our internal team to broaden our customer base in modern trade channels and Blue Elephant shops.
- Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure product availability, quality, and uniformity across sales channels.
- Support and contribute to other sales functions, fostering a team-oriented approach to success.
- Oversee and fine-tune monthly sales budgets and strategic planning across various channels.
