GNC:Mechanical Engineer Leader - Thailand - Prachinburi - Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited

Plan, execute, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of major mechanical systems:

Gas turbine & auxiliaries (fuel system, lube oil system, compressor, rotor).

Steam turbine & auxiliaries (governing system, bearings, gland sealing).

HRSG, boilers, pressure parts, valves.

Heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, cooling towers.

Firefighting & HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines (General Electric) and regulatory standards (ASME, API, ISO).

Set up preventive/predictive maintenance program and prepare all necessaries spaceports and consumable materials for mechanical repair.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures.

Prepare resource plans, spare parts lists, contractor scopes, and risk assessments.

Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and condition monitoring.

Manage and supervise mechanical engineer and contractors.

Ensure proper job delegation and quality assurance of maintenance tasks.

Bachelor's degree or Higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance work in power plant, energy, large-scale, industrial settings or maintenance service company.

Must know and actively support quality, environmental, safety, and social management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ESMS).

Strong familiarity with mechanical systems in thermal power plants and heavy industrial facilities, with specific experience in General Electric (GE) equipment.

Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Able to work full-time on-site (Prachinburi Province).

Ability to lead, manage, and supervise mechanical engineers, technicians, and helpers to ensure safe and efficient maintenance activities.

Proficiency in Thai; basic English for technical documents and reporting is a plus.

Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
