- Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process for the overseas branch of the hotel
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and customers
- Maintain and update AR records, databases and outstanding payments and invoices
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve discrepancies or billing issues promptly
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports
- Analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and initiate necessary actions for recovery
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to optimize the accounts receivable process
- Supervise a team of 7 people and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in overall accounting functions preferably AR Management
- 3-5 years of experience in management level
- Experience in hospitality or retail business with handling massive transaction is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using ERP software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
