- Oversee finance and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and treasury management.
- Lead ERP/system implementation, optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data, monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Drive process improvements and standardize best practices across the finance function.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance strategies with business objectives.
- Support long-term financial planning, risk management, and corporate strategy execution.
- Currently serving at DGM level or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and complex financial operations.
- Strong experience in ERP/SAP/Oracle/RPA implementation and migration.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Audit certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 3-5 years in Financial Controller, Manager, or senior management roles.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English
