คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for the new category, including product innovation, positioning, and messaging.
  • Act as the primary champion for digital marketing within the team, leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive new product development initiatives, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new skills and best practices into the team.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Support ecommerce initiatives as needed, leveraging digital channels to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including new product development and communication development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including paid media, social media, content development, and digital analytics.
  • Experience with ecommerce is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
