Job Description
Marketing Strategy Planning
- Develop marketing and sales promotion strategies aligned with the company's short- and long-term business goals.
- Create brand communication strategies to enhance Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty among target customers.
- Plan new product launches through Omni-Channel Marketing, integrating offline (in-store / events / POSM) and online channels (website, social media, marketplace, and e-commerce platforms).
Design Integrated Digital Marketing Strategies to drive sales and engagement, including:
Performance Marketing: Manage ad budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize conversions.
- Content Marketing: Develop brand-aligned content to increase awareness and engagement.
- SEO / SEM: Optimize website and content to boost visibility via organic and paid traffic.
- Influencer & KOL Marketing: Plan and manage influencer collaborations to expand audience reach.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilize customer data for personalized communication via Email, LINE OA, SMS, and Retargeting Ads.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage customer and behavioral insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Marketing Promotion Activities
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities to strengthen brand experience and customer relationships.
- Develop promotional campaigns, flash sales, co-branding, and business collaborations to drive traffic and conversion.
- Integrate digital initiatives such as Live Commerce, Interactive Campaigns, Mini Games, or UGC (User-Generated Content) to increase engagement.
- Analyze customer behaviors across channels (in-store, website, marketplace, social media) to design tailored campaigns.
- Explore emerging digital marketing trends — including AI Marketing, Voice Search, and Short-Form Video — to maintain brand competitiveness.
Performance Tracking & Evaluation
- Monitor and measure campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and CRM Dashboards.
- Evaluate performance through key KPIs: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Engagement Rate, and Brand Lift.
- Analyze insights and provide recommendations to continuously optimize marketing strategies in response to market and consumer changes.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Set and control monthly or campaign-based digital advertising budgets, analyzing Cost per Result for efficiency.
- Oversee expenditures and report financial performance transparently to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marketing management, brand communication, or related leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing and sales promotion strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, punctual, able to work under pressure, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry will be an advantage.
