Job summary
The HR – Payroll, Benefits & HRIS is responsible for in-house payroll processing, employee benefits administration, statutory compliance,and HRIS data management. This role ensures payroll accuracy, effective benefits management,
reliable HR data and timely reporting to support
HR operations and employee well-being.
- In-house payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Validate leave overtime allowances
& payroll-related adjustments. - Analyze pay roll compensation
& benefits data to identify discrepancies root causes/practical solutions operational system related issues.
