Mission:
- Directs food preparation for a new venue
- Elaboration of food menu
- Produces high quality cuisine, including both plating and taste
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff
Profile / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurant industry or relevant work experience
- Good understanding of fusion gastronomy
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift
- Good communication skill in English
All nationalities are welcome and we will sponsor the work permit for international hire.
