- Handle on accounting activities that related with online Marketplace's transactions.
- Cash reconciliations to/from marketplaces.
- Monitoring on AR Collection from marketplaces and AR outstanding balances.
- Reconcile and prepare journal records for uploading to system.
- Perform account reconciliations for assigned GL accounts.
- Communicate with marketplaces or any related teams to resolve any issues that related with settlement transactions.
- Other works related to Marketplaces reconciliation as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Ecommerce and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and Netsuite is a plus.
- Fluent in Thai with Good command of English, both in written and verbal.
- Diligent, team player, detail-oriented & honest.
- Good interpersonal relation and service minded.
- Proactive and have an attitude for problem-solving.
- Able to work under pressure and to keep deadlines.
