- ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารงานก่อสร้าง งานปรับปรุงร้าน และงานตกแต่งภายในในแต่ละโครงการ ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนแล้วเสร็จ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน ระยะเวลาที่กำหนด งบประมาณ และมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในหน้างานอย่างเหมาะสมและถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบสเปกของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และรายละเอียดงานก่อสร้าง งานตกแต่งภายใน และงานปรับปรุงร้าน BEARHOUSE ให้เป็นไปตามแบบก่อสร้างและแบบตกแต่ง มาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม และข้อกำหนดของบริษัท เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่มีคุณภาพ ความแข็งแรง และความปลอดภัย
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินการทั้งหมดขององค์กร

- ผู้ถือสัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น- ไม่จำกัดเพศ- อายุระหว่าง 30–35 ปี- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ป.6 ขึ้นไป สาขาก่อสร้าง สถาปัตยกรรม การออกแบบภายใน หรือสาขาอาชีพที่เกียนยวข้อง
