Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies that support overall business goals and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
Analyze and report on sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization
Stay uptodate on emerging market trends and technologies and recommend new ideas and innovations to improve sales effectiveness

Experience requirements:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth in a competitive market
Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and related technologies
Experience managing a team of sales professionals and providing leadership and guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Fluent in Thai and English
