Role Summary:

• Treasury and Securities Solution Delivery Lead is acting as a coach actively in managing Treasury and Securities Solution Delivery Business Analyst who is supporting the solution design and managing system development for treasury business, securities business e.g. registrar, custodian, paying agent, Mutual Fund selling agent and private banking business including related operational processes, both front office and back office, and interworking with external partners.
• Initiating and developing new efficient and effective workflow processes in order to create business impact supporting both product selling and customer services area in accordance with operational risk and compliance controls. Improving services, process and customer experience to meet customers' needs and satisfaction.Coordinating with other departments to translate business strategy into standard business operation in order to achieve company goals and deliver best customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

• As thought leader for the efficient and scalable solution to serve customer requirement and business processes
• Effective partnering with other stakeholder teams across business units (e.g. sales, operations, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with development, managerial, and executive teams, including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties
• Develops meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized solution
• Applies subject-matter-expert functional knowledge to produce complex work deliverables in support of departmental initiatives.
• Manages broad and complex projects and/or participates as a subject-matterexpert project resource on larger initiatives Recommends changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency, as necessary Identifies opportunities and facilitates significant improvements to processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting,Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analyst, system analyst, application development, business process transformation or project management with proven experience as a team manager or relevant role
• Experience and knowledge in banking, treasury and securities business including related regulatory and compliance will be advantage
• Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, programmatic problem solving, risk management negotiating, coordinating and initiating skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution
• Experience in agile software development and design thinking for requirement development will be advantage
• Effectively interact all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent results
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, open minded and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as business users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects
• Great attention to detail and hands on Ability to prioritize, manage time and work under pressure
• Good in computer skills and standard computer programs
