About the Role

We are looking for a well structured, organized and detail oriented with a "can-do" attitude to join our team.

You will be developing and leading our Hotel Revenue Management Project in all aspects to achieve the company visions and sales target.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of the development strategy, in line with corporate strategic objectives, brands' propositions & risk management policies
  • Identify and qualify opportunities that are accretive to the portfolio, including but not limited to ownership companies, brokers, real estate developers, lenders, internal and induced lead generation, and "offmarket" sources
  • Lead negotiations of agreements and contracts
  • Lead the pursuit of management deals of new locations
  • Participate in the development and refinement of the overall vision and development strategy
  • Monitor and remain current on significant industry and competitor developments/initiatives
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of major purchase/ sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends
  • Lead the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of budget/target
  • Conduct feasibility studies, including competition analysis and site assessment, for new projects.
  • Analyze and research potential business growth and opportunities.
  • Source and provide information for feasibility studies, expression of interests, financial forecasts, product and design analysis and the preparation of authorization and validation forms.
  • Conduct a background check on owners and provide market research for each opportunity such as competitor performance, market trends, rates, occupancy and future new supply analysis including recommendation on brand which is suitable for each market and location
  • Coordinate and receive feedback from other departments such as revenue management, sales and marketing, operations and design teams.
  • Review site/project plan and work on preliminary concept/program
  • Coordinate between client and legal to review documents mainly SOW and Agreements.
  • Longterm followup of the target projects by the department and keep close contact with relevant departments such as the Land Department and the channel for obtaining customers
  • Understanding and able to generate pricing modeling, P&L, revenue modeling
  • Understanding and able to deliver business foresight and business insight including market analysis
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Leading project planning sessions and coordinating stakeholders
  • Responsible for pricing modeling, product forecasting, market insight
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new project

Qualification:


  • At least 2+ years' work experience as a project manager.
  • At least 4+ years' work experience in the hotel industry is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work multitasking.
  • Well structured, organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and be a multitasker, be independently while being team player
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas with 'can do' attitude
  • Works well under pressure, proactive, adaptable and fastmoving environment
  • Excellent Thai and English communication and presentation skills.
