Develop and implement account growth strategies to drive revenue enhance seller performance and increase platform adoption analyze merchant performance to identify growth opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize sales traffic and conversion rates advise merchants on platform tools promotional campaigns marketing solutions and relevant market trends to maximize business outcomes lead the planning execution of major campaigns joint business plans seasonal initiatives with key accounts monitor overall account health manage escalations proactively resolve operational or performance-related issues forecast revenue account performance track key performance indicators KPIs prepare regular business reviews management reports share market insights competitive intelligence best practices with internal stakeholders support overall platform growth mentor junior Key Account Managers contribute team development capability building when applicable.
