คำอธิบาย

• Responsible for ensuring the establishment, implementation, and understanding of clear policies and procedures throughout the organization.
• Ensure that process documentation is frequently updated to reflect current standard operating procedures.
• Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our end-to-end processes and drive efficiencies.
• Transforming and streamlining our operations to achieve higher performance levels.
• Accountable for the monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the month-end closing results and analyze and evaluate monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by assessing the company's tax risks, complete tax returns and annual audits on time, and ensure that company accounts meet local tax requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and liaise with the Revenue department for tax-related matters.
• Training and improving the knowledge of the finance and accounting team to meet standardized requirements and tax laws.
• Reviewing financial statements, documents, and consolidated packages in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRSs) and US GAAP.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and support the modification, maintenance, and update of our company's backbone system.
