- Optimize supply chain and procurement processes to minimize costs while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor and analyze operational expenses and recommend budget adjustments as needed.
- Lead process improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, product quality, and safety.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure that all operations meet regulatory and quality standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
