    Your Tasks

    • Developing accurate, high quality sales forecasts for the individual SKU within assigned products and Developing and publishing key sales forecast accuracy metrics and analysing prior sales forecasts to identify potential sources of forecast error.
    • To challenge new product, promotional, baseline and top line forecast information provided by Sales, SCM and Marketing or distributor (for export business) to ensure the quality of particularly the longer term forecast.
    • Brand and Customer Review: Direct regular reviews of brand strategy, at a macro level, with Senior Marketing and Brand Managers to ascertain the direction the brand is taking within the marketplace, to facilitate effective short and long term business forecasting.
    • Lead Categories Pre-S&OP Alignment meeting with commercials for overview forecast and key reflected activities and highlight potential opportunities and risks as well as assumptions to identify the forecast vs target and discuss with commercials on gap closing action.
    • Participate and provide inputs in core team of innovation, renovation and promotion projects to ensure that deliverables as described in the project briefing are fulfilled on time and in full
    • Escalate risks to core team and project leader for decision makings.
    • System and Process:
      • Providing high quality and accuracy of Demand Planning Data via system to production centers/supply planning/VAS planning which support requirements for Domestic & Export 3rd Business, and liaise with them in regard of any issues rise from latest demand submission.
      • To proactively involved in the (further) development of new or already existing planning processes and systems.
    • Monitor excess, aging and obsolete stock and discuss with commercials for solid action plans to minimize write-off.
    • Coordinate with MU Supply planners and commercial team to ensure availability of Finished Goods to achieve the company's sales target and optimize service level.
    • Manage stakeholders at all level to ensure alignment and management expectation across business.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or other related fields.
    • Preference to candidates with 3 years' experience in demand and supply planning.
    • Production planning, Master production scheduling and/or capacity planning would be a plus.
    • Experience in FMCG would be a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP APO and/or R3 is an advantage.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel is preferable.
    • Possess analytical & problem-solving skills with commercial thinking.
    • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
