- Manage and oversees the production process and ensure high-quality production activities with maximum output
- Organize all necessary to smooth running of the production and team, including managing and solving the people problems.
- Ensure an efficient and productive production process meets customer requirements

- Prepare budgets to ensure workflow meet required deadlines
- Assist, advise, and give an operation direction and policy to the Production supervisors in achieving the target/goal setting.
- Manage products sent to customers on time.
- Manage rejected products, reduce rework, and find the solution to prevent the problem

- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Deep knowledge of production management
- 5- 10 years experience in footwear or a related field
- Have knowledge in production management, strong time management skills and organization
- Strong decisionmaking skills and a results-driven approach
- Understanding of quality standards and attention to details
- Manpower management
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skill
- Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage)
- Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point or MRP software.
