JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE AS AN: Inflight Services Agent

You'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our flights are well-prepared and our passengers have a positive experience You'll manage catering, supplies, and other essential services, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

• Catering Coordination: Plan and coordinate Inflight catering, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Supply Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of food, beverages, merchandise, and other necessary items.

• Operational Support: Review operational communications, address any issues, and support smooth flight operations.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs), with a focus on food safety.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience.

• Airline Experience: Experience in airline operations is a plus.

• Flexibility: Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications.

• Food Safety Awareness: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Communication: Good reading and writing skills in English.

• Driving: Valid driving license and ability to drive a manual transmission car.
