Team and Role Introduction:

LazLive is Lazada's Livestream commerce platform blending entertainment and shopping. LazLive enables sellers and content creators to connect and engage with buyers real-time. Through LazLive, buyers discover products and check out directly in livestreaming. Join us to be part of the next wave of the e-commerce revolution.


Responsibilities:
Growing LazLive to be a core sales channel for Lazada sellers and a destination for buyers to discover attractive products and deals
Develop ecosystem partners including partner development and management
Design the commercial strategy for livestream and drive seller adoption of livestream programs
Incubate and grow network of livestream KOLs and KOCs including planning rewards and programs
Maximize channel performance with assortment operations
Expand consumer funnel through marketing activation
Safeguard user experience with content governance, moderation and quality control.


Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

Proficient in Thai, Chinese and English
Proven success in project and stakeholder management
Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mileRequirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Experience in livestream or other content business
Experience in a commercial role
Experience in business development.
