Responsibilities
• Develop and implement creative strategies and design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company's visual content innovative and competitive.
• Review and approve designs, providing feedback to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the design process from conceptualization to final execution for various projects, including marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media graphics, and website design.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that all designs meet the company's brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external BU to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables to Marketing team and Marketing Director, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Manage the graphic design budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Source and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed.
• Ensure that all design projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Implement and maintain design best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on design outputs to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring an even distribution of workload and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 - 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing a creative team and delivering high-quality design projects
- Experience in digital marketing and social media design.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
Working place - Phutthamonthon Sai 4 , Nakhon Pathom
Working day - Mon - Sat 8:00 - 17:00
(Day off 2nd , 3rd Saturday in month)
