Job responsibilities
- Understand and prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and forms, including those of confidential nature for Director of Rooms or whenever directed.
- To prepare meeting rooms, transcribe dictation and minutes of divisional meetings, with proper distribution of copies.
- To upkeep all Roomsrelated documents and records in corresponding share drive, for future reference.
- To monitor stock of consumable items and inventory of operation supplies of the office of Director of Rooms.
- Effective communication and coordination within Rooms Division and other departments, as well as suppliers.
- To support and provide assistance to Roomsrelated projects, and any administrative tasks.
- Perform common duties to all nonsupervisory staff as assigned.
General requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year reception experience in hotel industry
- Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken
