    Job Description


    About the Client:
    Our client is a well-established and leading global player in the Electronics Manufacturing industry. Located in Samut Prakan, they are known for their innovation and high standards. They are currently looking for a professional Accounting Manager to lead the finance function, drive process improvements, and act as a key business partner to the management team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local accounting guidelines.
    • Tax & Incentives Management: Manage all direct and indirect tax matters. Oversee corporate tax incentives (BOI knowledge is a plus) and ensure regulatory compliance with the Revenue Department.
    • Treasury & Corporate Secretarial: Oversee cash flow forecasting, manage treasury activities, and handle corporate secretarial matters such as Board meeting preparation and resolutions.
    • Process Improvement & Digitalization: Champion finance transformation projects. Establish and improve local financial processes, internal controls, and drive digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
    • Audit & Shared Services: Lead the annual audit process by preparing relevant schedules. Manage and monitor the service quality of the Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure compliance.
    • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing technical advisory support on accounting and tax implications.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPD license is a plus).
    • 8 - 10 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
    • Big 4 Audit background is highly preferred.
    • Solid knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and internal controls.
    • Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
    • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a strong advantage.
    • Good command of English (Written and Spoken), able to report to regional/global teams.
    • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.
