Instruct and coordinate sales abilities of the personnel
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Making department budget, department management and decision budge expenditure
Understand customer preferences, perform customer visits and maintaining relationship, make strategy of the products combination
Planning, execution and management of marketing projects, determining the price list and bargaining space of products for sale
Divide business areas, set goals, and help business personnel establish training courses
Assist subordinates to solve customerrelated problems and evaluate the performance of business personnel
Responsible for the business development of key customers or designated projects

Working experience:

More than 5 years experiences in a manufacturing company, preferably in a têxtilerelated field. (Especially nonwovens fabrics)

Age / Nationality / Education Level / Language Proficiency- Age over 30years old, Nationality in Taiwanese, Chinese, Thai or opening for expat.

Hard Skills:

Expert MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail)
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, customer satisfactory records etc.
Have driving License A/C
