About the Role

• SAP ABAP Developer to be the technical engine behind our SAP landscape. This role will be translating complex business hurdles into seamless technical solutions, ensuring our systems are as agile as our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecting: Collaborate closely with SAP-functional teams to dissect business requirements and transform them into high-performing technical blueprints.
• Core Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• System Customization: Enhance and customize standard SAP modules to ensure the software fits our business like a glove, not the other way around.
• Integration & Interoperability: Build and manage interfaces that ensure data flows consistently across SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Troubleshooting: Technical lead to diagnose, debug, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring zero downtime for critical business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years in ABAP development.
• Background in the food industry or similar supply chain environments is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Report ALV, Smart forms, User Exit, Query, Dialog program.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 is a major plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skill.
