  • Age: 3843 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in computer or IT or IT related fields.
  • Hanve Knowledge in IT network and infrastructure and data center Business
  • 4 5 years in Management for Operatinon Manager
  • Good command of Eglish writing and specking
  • Have the ability to coordinate and handles work with time constraints very well
  • Good service mind, positive attitude, and selfmotivation to achieve project goals.
  • Responsibilities:Coverage all Data Centres Operation mainly on building/facilities management in Thailand (2 Data Centres)
  • Manage 9 engineers, 12 Technicians, Admin/HR team, and all the subcontractors. Budget mangement and planing (OPEX/CAPEX)
  • Maintain reliablity of data center facilities
  • Provide leadership to facility management team focusing on continuous improvement and management
  • Provide technical suport to the customer service team
  • Manage facility improvement in terms of quality and reliability by establishing goals, routinely reviewing and evaluating using performance metrics.
  • Data Center Operations Manager provides leadership, management and strategic vision for the operations of our mission critical facilities environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring the provision with high level Data Center Service Management, Buildings and Facilities Management as well as Security Management.
  • Responsible for ensuring all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in line with relevant regulation and Telehouse Standards.
  • Responsible for the establishment to necessary operation procedure, maintenance procedure in order to preserve good condition to the premises and all equipment or environment in data center.
  • Responsibly for promptly performing recovery process against any system outage, service failure or building structure problem in timely manner.
  • Responsible for the daytoday customer's service management and maintain of all infrastructures.
  • Overseeing the performance of various units, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of services to enable contribution to the success of the entire business.
  • Responsible for the establishment to 24/7 facility operation team with leading outsourcing engineer.
  • Responsible for planning consecutive strategic growth of the operation team.
  • Any other duties reasonably associated with this position.
