THE ROLE:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships, project maintenance and management
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of work according to customer needs and objectives
- Liaise with crossfunctional internal teams
- Ensure a quality work to meet company standard and achieve project goals
- Preparing sales reports
- Keep track of each project payments
- Visit customer in person and find new customers
- Develop new business from existing clients and seek new sales opportunities
- Prepare related documents in company templates
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 7 years of account management experience in website industry
- Able to work under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects at a time
- Have problem solving skill
- Highly responsible person, punctual and neat
- Fast learner and good at managing people
- High creativity and always find best solution for customers
- Able to handle customer inquiries
