Location:
Eastern Area, Thailand**
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in manufacturing clients in the Eastern Area.
- Develop and implement global and regional account strategies for Sector growth
- Increase company's market share in key accounts
- Perform Sales activities to achieve Sales target
- Ensure high customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Scorecard
- Lead and motivate country sales team to exceed customer expectations
- Identify customer needs and deliver value through company's products/services
- Collaborate with Technical team to innovate and expand customer potential
- Monitor and improve service delivery models
- Fulfill promises to customers in collaboration with country business teams
- Collaborate with other functions such as supply chain, technical, HR as needed
ประสบการณ์:
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales engineer in any products sell to factory clients.**:
- Experience in cleaning agent or chemical is a big plus.
- Good command in English
Able to drive and travel in Eastern area
การศึกษา:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
