What You'll Drive

• Sales Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute sales management strategies tailored to your assigned area to drive revenue and customer growth.
  
• Sales Stimulation & Support – Implement sales activation plans and provide field support to maximize sales performance and team motivation.
  
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis – Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and recommend strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  
• Event Coordination – Collaborate with schools and local stakeholders to organize events that boost visibility and customer reach in the area.
  
• Market & Field Research – Gather insights from internal and external sources to understand market dynamics and factors impacting sales.
  
• Reporting & Incentives – Prepare area sales summaries and propose performance-based incentives for branches under your supervision.
  
• Team Management – Lead and support the local sales team to meet targets, maintain customer service standards, and foster team performance.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with regional or field sales responsibilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset.
• Willingness to travel and work across provinces as required.
• Flexible availability to work on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) depending on operational needs
