Maintenance Supervisor (Machine Breakdown)
Location: Glico Factory, Thailand | Bangkadi, Pathum Thani
Shift Work Required
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee machine maintenance operations
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues; coordinate timely repairs
• Monitor spare part inventory and manage third-party contractors
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and systems
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in factory maintenance, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Familiarity with TPM, HACCP, ISO14001, or food industry standards is a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
