วันนี้- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจํา ปี- กทม. (ยานนาวา)- ปริญญาตรี- 20, ,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage incoming outgoing call, taking message and directing call as required to relevant department/person.
- Welcome and take care visitor.
- Manage meeting room as required.
- Provide support in the various human resource functions.
- Coordinate all employee activities and events to maintain excellent relationships throughout the company.
- Process requisition of all purchases for office and the other supplies by sourcing the best quotes.
- Manage and maintaining inventory of stationery.
- Liaise with Building Management and Office contractors for general office and maintenance issues.
- Maintain record and keep registration of all fixed assets.
- Any other adhoc duties.
- Male / Female
- Age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 12 years working experience in HR & general administrative skill is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skill, Strategic thinking, problem solving and service mind.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
