Job summary
Draft and review commercial and EPC construction contracts.Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers,
and manage contract risks related to cost, timeline liability performance warranties penalties termination.
Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms risk allocation compliance issues throughout project lifecycles.,
Responsibilities
,Draft review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including customer construction service supplier vendor EPC shareholder consulting professional service agreements Contract Risk Management Identify assess manage contractual risks related to cost timeline liability performance warranties penalties termination Legal Advisory Business Support Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms risk allocation compliance issues throughout project lifecycles Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with project construction procurement finance operations teams to ensure contracts align with technical commercial operational requirements Dispute External Counsel Support Assist in managing contract related disputes claims variations coordination external legal counsel when required Governance Process Improvement Support development maintenance contract templates playbooks internal legal processes improve efficiency consistency Qualifications Bachelor Master degree Law recognized institution licensed eligible practice law experience commercial or construction contract review preferred candidates from construction EPC contract risk management backgrounds strongly encouraged experience law firm welcome but not mandatory Skills Competencies Strong experience drafting reviewing negotiating commercial EPC construction contracts Solid understanding contract risk allocation project based legal issues Advanced English proficiency written spoken Strong analytical negotiation stakeholder management skills Ability manage multiple deadlines fast paced environment Personal Attributes Commercially driven business judgment common sense Open minded communicative work cross functional teams Proactive hands on solution oriented mindset ,- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution; licensed or eligible to practice law.
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial and/or construction contract review.
- Candidates from data center, construction, EPC infrastructure energy industries are highly preferred.
