Job Description:
- Execute company's sales strategy and implement operational sales policy.
- Manager and supervise the daily operation of sales staff.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with customers, particularly with key accounts.
- Supervisor and help sales staff to meet and exceed set team sales quotas
- Verify each sales contract in terms of the gross margin, total value, payment term.
- Review sales reports and analyze key indicators monthly and take effective measures to achieve established targets.
- Control and monitor the collection status and ensure the timely collection from customers.
- Maintain good relationship government functional department, media in name of company, handle with PR crisis.
- Execute company's sales incentive plan.
- Maintain the good Image of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Major in Engineering is preferable
Minimum 3 years' experience in management position of sales department:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Fluent in English is preferable
