- Support current Product Owners in various domains (Loyalty, shopping, onboarding, payment)
- Understand product journey & product development
- Collect and analyze data from various sources
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders to identity key trends and insights
- Monitor each project's progress and optimize processes
- Support the creation of project documentation
Requirements:
- 3rd 4th year students or undergraduates in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Related Field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Willing to learn and contribute ideas to achieve common goals
- Familiar with agile software development methodology
- Technical skill: Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Amplitude
