Job Description:


Job Overview:

You will be working as a developer in a technical team and collaborating with project managers, copywriters, designers, and other developers to develop and maintain WordPress websites to meet client's requirements and expectations and also deliver with high-quality and in the best standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Developing WordPress website by using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and Page Builder tools
• Understanding WordPress structure and template hierarchy to implement visual and content elements of websites, to understand various pagelayout and plugins that function on desktop

- and mobile-friendly web pages.

• Be able to customise websites with themes and plugins to meet client requirements. Including integrating thirdparty APIs or services with WordPress websites.
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues with WordPress websites
• Know how to optimise WordPress websites for performance and best practice for SEO standards.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project are completed on time and meets the client's expectations
• Staying uptodate with latest WordPress trends, updates, tools, and techniques.
• Providing technical support and guidance solutions to clients and other team members.
• Documenting WordPress knowledge, process, and any techniques for future reference documents, and also keep documents uptodate.
• Be able to share ideas about web development and process improvements, and be comfortable sharing them and discussing them with the team.

Qualifications:

• Deep WordPress experience & moderate Elementor experience
• HTML5 & CSS3 plus familiarity with Javascript and jQuery
• Interest in conducting research and learning new things to overcome challenges
• Strong analytical thinking plus design and UX awareness
• Algorithms & database knowledge
• Customeroriented, selfmotivated, and positive thinking
• Intermediate Englishlanguage skills

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring full-time commitment.

In addition to a monthly salary, you will receive paid holidays and sick leave, and a stipend for self development or technology purchases.

Working visas and health insurance are provided for foreign hires.

For all Pronto Growth team members, working space is available for free use at Pronto's offices near Saphan Kwai BTS station.
