Job Description

• Oversee and control facility access to meet ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards via the SRS (Service Request System).
• Perform initial incident analysis, identify root causes, coordinate related teams, and perform first‑level remediation where applicable.
• Participate in IT DRP drills with MIS teams to ensure readiness for emergency procedures.
• Execute other tasks assigned by Data Center supervisors or system administrators.
• Provide first-level support for Network and IT Security issues across headquarters, branches, warehouses, training centers, and Data Center.
• Coordinate with WAN providers to monitor and resolve WAN link issues.
• Monitor various network and IT security systems and immediately escalate irregular activities or security threats.
• Perform preliminary analysis and troubleshooting of network and security incidents.
• Support tasks assigned by DGT‑EIS, Network and Security teams.
• Inspect critical hardware and software at HQ and branches to ensure stable and secure performance.
• Record incidents in the Incident Management System and track resolution according to SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Required training and certifications (advantage):

• CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate

• FCA – Fortinet Certified Associate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network and Security Operations and Data Center Infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of WAN Links (Layer 2, Layer 3, Dark Fiber), Wired & Wireless LAN
• Network device configuration (Switch, Router, Access Point)
• Firewalls: Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Sangfor
• Web Application Firewalls: Radware, Imperva
• Web Security Gateway: Forcepoint, Sangfor
• IPS (McAfee), SIEM tools, SSL VPN (SonicWALL, FortiGate), DNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox)
• Management Tools: Aruba Airwave, Cisco Prime, FortiAnalyzer
• Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, WhatsUp, PRTG

Location: Big C Ratchadamri (BTS Chidlom) and BJC Head Office (BTS Ekkamai)
