คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:

Dextra Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and talented Geotechnical Product-Line Manager for Asia to join our team.

The role will be responsible for managing the whole sales cycle such as; prospection, project identification, technical presentation, analysis of the project specification, defining technical solutions, preparation of commercial offer until order is secured.


The Geotechnical Product-Line Manager, Asia will propose technical support and solution throughout the sales process, both locally and internationally to secure order.

The role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:


  • Coordinate through cross departments projects, for such development of new products and/or new tools
  • Analyze market, prospect activities and strategy for new opportunities to identify potential products for the local market. Understanding customers' needs and requirements adequate to serve the markets validation through existing/new sales channels
  • Support technical sales engineers in charge of Geotechnical products through calculation notes, design suggestions and analysis
  • Upstream identification of regulatory trends to improve and maximize Dextra's products to appeal to the market
  • Consistently develop and utilize Dextra's internal network, Dextra's supplier's pool about the products
  • Establish strong ties with engineering and foundation consultants, as well as selected architects on project specifications
  • Maintain the company's CRM and update sales forecast on a regular basis, to report on monthly activities

Qualifications:


  • Open to Expatriates
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Civil engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product or Sales promotion (Overseeing international customers is a plus)
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Experience in standard Office Suite
  • Ability to read technical/CAD drawings
  • Experience using CRM system is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Willing to develop new skills and to learn new things
  • Autonomous and not afraid to take initiatives
  • Rigorous, with good analytical sense
  • Enthusiast about developing new business
