    Conduct regularly FPA audit and train employees to comply to FPA & EH&S requirement and implement corrective action plan on the FPA audit deficiency.

    Ensure that all service operational activities including the 24-hours emergency breakdown callback service are being efficiently and professionally carried out according to established maintenance service schedule with great sense of urgency and customers' satisfaction in mind.

    Conduct Regular visitations for site inspection and audit on service routine technician and maintenance operation in order to improve performance level.

     Perform daily instruction and corrective action meeting with technician and Monthly  planning  for routine service schedule

    Conduct weekly service operation meeting to analysis top 3 breakdown call and co-ordinate with Technician to establish countermeasure action plan for troubleshooting and product & service quality improvement.

    Regular visitation  to customer to build relationship and perform monthly report for routine service to customer.

    Liaise with the Service Sales Department for timely execution and  billing of 'T' and other major repair works to achieve monthly service sales and margin target.

    To comply with all prevailing WWJSSS Safety Rules and Regulations and  Code of Ethics and  others  at all time

    Any other duties that may be given by Supervisor/Superior from time to

    Job Requirements:

     1.Diploma Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical engineering .

    2.Technical Skill for elevators and escalators and understand safety system.

    3.At least 5-10 years experience in field operation of elevator & escalator business.

    4.Computer knowledge and Good command in English.
