    HIRING POSITION: Director of I.T. Infrastructure and Support

    WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

    LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

    PAY RATE: THB TO THB 220000

    Our client is a leader of trades in petroleum products, gas products, and supplies and equipment for oil service stations, consumable products, and transportation in Thailand.

    The company also manages petrol stations. It also engages in food and beverages business; operates convenience stores under its own brand portfolio.


    Furthermore, the company engages in oil transportation, transportation liquid products, management system, health product development, and digital currency exchange and digital assets seller and foreign currency exchange business. It also offers support services, electronic financial services, money transfer services, payment facilitating services, bill payment services, and goods logistics services, including passenger transportation, as well as engages in car service and car repair business.



    Director of IT Infrastructure & Support

    Job purposes:

    This position requires a person with a strong technical background, as well as an ability to work across all enterprises to align priorities and plans with key business objectives. 

    The IT Infrastructure Director provide strategic direction for the organizations technical infrastructure and security including Data Center (HW, SW, storage), Multi-Cloud, databases, networks in support of mission critical systems(7x24).

    Also determine and formulate a strategic plan to control and manage operations related to information technology under their responsibilities in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Study and find ways to improve the information technology system to be able to support the needs of use effectively according to the specified standards. Comply with relevant regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage and maintain IT Services & Mission Critical System(7x24) to stability, reliability and performance with security awareness (Including Data Center, Multi-Cloud and Network links)

    - Leads and coordinates the infrastructure related project with responsibility on quality, on time and also budget and process implementation

    - Plan and manage IT Financial CAPEX, OPEX and Budgeting

    - Manage and coach teams size > 3x members. (IT Infrastructure & IT Service & Support Team)

    - Develop innovations and technologies that can be applied to work systems or platforms to be effective and give advice on ways to apply new technologies in the organization to improve operational efficiency

    - Develop, analyze to improve operational processes to increase work efficiency including analyzing and evaluating the value of investment in information technology

    - Determine and formulate IT Infrastructure and Security management policies and roadmap in accordance with the policy company vision and mission

    - Executive level presentation skills, and good communication skills, demonstrated decision-making conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills

    Qualification:

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operational Research or any related field

    - 8+ years up Strong Experience in IT and 5+ years up for Management Level.

    - Multi Cloud, Data Center and Operation Management Skill

    - Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operation including IT Service Management

    - A proven Experience of IT Infrastructure and Operation to maintain reliable, scalable, secure, cost-effective infrastructure.

    - Demonstrated Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

    - Lead and building tech capabilities with best practice to the team.

    - Project Management Skill, Customer Experience Management Skill, Advising mentoring skills, Negotiation and persuasion skills

    - Proactive, Good leadership skill, interpersonal, communications, and persuasive skills

    - Experience in Digital Platform, Retail, Energy industry are preferred

    - Good communication skills in English and Thai
