วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท และควบคุม KPI หลักของร้าน (ยอดขาย Conversion UPT ATV CSAT Shrink)
วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและสต็อก เพื่อวางแผนสินค้าและโปรโมชันระดับสาขา และจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน ส่งผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ ทั้งนี้ต้องควบคุมมาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้า (SOP) สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้ลูกค้า ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านตามมาตรฐาน 5S และ Brand Guideline รวมทั้งปฏิบัติตามนโยบายบริษัทและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัดอีกด้วย
